UKISCRS offer the members of the Society the opportunity to view, read and digest a copy of its Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A) in the form of this draft circulated to the membership.
The M&A were passed at the AGM on Friday 12th September, during the XXXVIII UKISCRS Annual Meeting.
